Currently underway in the lush green folds of Currumbin Valley, this project is a ground-up new home build set in one of the Gold Coast hinterland's most beautiful locations. From site cut through to fit-out, our team is delivering an expansive family home designed to live large and sit quietly within its landscape.

The build kicked off with earthworks and slab across a sloping valley site, framing up to capture the surrounding ridgelines and treed outlook from every angle. From there the home has taken shape around space and light — soaring raked ceilings, full lock-up, and internal linings now well underway.

At its heart is an open-plan living zone wrapped in full-height glazing, where warm timber floors meet uninterrupted views of the valley's green hillsides. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors dissolve the line between inside and out, drawing the landscape indoors and filling the home with natural light. Clerestory windows above lift the ceiling height and keep the space bright and airy year-round.

The result is shaping up to be a relaxed, expansive family home built for the way people live out here — open, connected, and framed entirely around the breathtaking Currumbin Valley outlook.
